Performance Chevrolet On Board 37
Kevin Bowers, general manager of Performance Chevrolet in Sacramento, announced Wednesday that his company will be sponsoring Schumacher Racing’s entry and driver J. Michael Kelly at Big Wake Weekend on Folsom Lake May 31 – June 2.
The 37 Performance Chevrolet is slated to make appearances, as time allows, at the dealership before moving to the pit area in Granite Bay. The boat will also be featured at the Thursday press conference on the steps of the state capitol in Sacramento.
“Everybody here at Performance Chevrolet is very excited to be involved with this great team as they participate in the race on Folsom Lake,” said Bowers. “We are excited to have unlimited hydroplanes coming back to Sacramento and very happy to be involved with Billy Schumacher as he comes back to the scene of his victory in the last race here in 1967.”
