Unlimited Racing Group Thanks Peterbilt

As the Air National Guard Hydroplanes swing back to the west coast, we often forget that a safe and reliable tow vehicle is imperative so these high powered boats arrive before a race.

The 11 Peters and May is excited to announce a partnership with Western Peterbilt of Seattle, WA.  While we do not have the newest truck in the hydro fleet, Western Peterbilt makes us feel like we do!

Traveling by truck across the country is both exciting and boring.  From Seattle to Madison we travel about 2400 miles. Just like any long road trip you would take in your car, before leaving you must do preventive maintenance. We must do the same to the truck.  The oil needs to be changed, fluids filled, and filters changed.  Thankfully Western Peterbilt of Seattle takes care of all of that for us.

This year the temperatures hit 100+ degrees as we crossed the country.  We are extrememly grateful that Western Peterbilt had the air conditioner serviced and charged as part of their preveintive maintenance before we left Seattle.

Traveling across the country in a semi-truck hauling a hydroplane is a very unique experience.  We started the trip driving from Seattle to Madison, Indiana, and then Madison to Detroit, Michigan. Now, we need to get back to our home base in Edmonds, Washington in a hurry and we can relax knowing Western Peterbilt provide us with such a reliable truck. Our Peterbilt truck has performed flawlessly and we owe that to the skill and professionalism of Western Peterbilt.

About Western Peterbilt:

With eleven convenient Peterbilt locations from Anchorage, Alaska all the way down to Sacramento, California we’re fully equipped to meet your needs. Through our affiliated stores, we offer additional brands at five additional locations. Our parts departments are always kept well stocked making any service you may need performed on your truck a breeze, and our friendly sales staff is available to help get you into a truck that is perfectly tailored to your individual or your fleet needs.
