Biofuel Event Draws A Crowd

A large crowd of kids, moms and dads took advantage of the opportunity to get up close and personal with three of the boats that will be racing this weekend in the Lamb Weston Columbia Cup.
The event at the Tri-Cities campus of Washington State University Wednesday afternoon showcased the biofuel being developed for the sport. The 6 Oh Boy! Oberto, one of the boats on display, will use the new fuel in Friday testing and racing.
21 Miss HAPO and 5 Graham Trucking were also on display, as well as the Miss Thriftway and Miss Wahoo vintage unlimited.
