What: Press Conference to kick off the 2013 DYC Detroit APBA Gold Cup, presented by Jarvis Property Restoration (www.gold-cup.com)

When: Tuesday, July 9, 2013 – 11 am
*Press Conference will begin at 11 am sharp.

Where: Cadillac Square in Campus Martius, Detroit

Speakers include: Mark Weber, Event Director of the DRRA; Scott Allen, Commodore of the Detroit Yacht Club; Bill Jarvis, President of Jarvis Property Restoration

Tentative speakers include: Mayor of Detroit Dave Bing

Other details:

• From 11:45 am – 2 pm the public is able to take pictures and meet Fedco driver N. Mark Evans (subject to change)
• The Fedco and Spirit of Qatar hydroplane boats will be on display
• Food tents

Please note that in case of inclement weather the press conference will take place in the atrium of the Compuware building (1 Campus Martius).
