A collision occurred Sunday between the U-21 unlimited hydroplane driven by Brian Perkins and a rescue boat during Heat 3A at the Madison Regatta in Madison, Ind. Three people on the rescue boat were injured and transported to hospitals. Driver Brian Perkins was not injured.
